The Department of Economics in S.K.B.R.P.G College was established in the year 2010 with three faculty members. The department has been growing from strength to strength catering to the needs of the students very efficiently under the stewardship of  Mr B Sudhakar Reddy and three other faculty members. The results of the students in the university examinations are encouraging and to up the expectations. We have been conducting seminars and guest lectures from time to time on different topics in the curriculum. The success of the students may be attributed to their continues exposure to various academic programmes like seminars, group discussions and so on under the able guidance of our Principal.
